Beyond Diet.
Well, I started on this diet 5 days ago, and have lost 8 lbs.  It's a great diet.  Hope I can
keep it up and lose all the weight I've put back on.
Now living in Cypress, TX with my son and daughter-in-law.  Developed lung cancer
in 2014 and moved here to get radiation therapy.  Now cancer free!!!
